HEY EVERYONE!

I have been absent from my blog, I am going to work on posting more often. Some updates:

  1. My partner and I have joined forces to do meal planning, workout planning and a communication plan so we can both succeed. This will give us both a positive shove in the right direction

  2. I want to make the blog more about positivity and make it fun, I looked back and was feeling that it was a bit to serious. There's nothing wrong with that but it's not who I am. I want to add recipes, pictures, funny stories and so on. This will be on top of my weight loss goals

  3. I want to add weekly and monthly challenges to get more engagement from my current and future followers. Workout challenges, Meal challenges and positivity challenges.

I look forward to the new focus!
