Positive Weight Loss

Seems so simple doesn't it?  I want to lose 100 pounds in one year, 52 weeks or 365 days.  That equates to 1.9 pounds per week.  Funny enough, if it was so simple I wouldn't be struggling with it for decades now.  I'm hoping to reach out to a community of people that have been fighting what seems to be the ultimate uphill battle.  I want to use this blog as a way to document my weekly routines, triumphs and failures.  Yes, I am willing to use the 'F' word, that word always seems to get everyone's backs up but I want this to be an open and honest forum.  Disclaimer-All humans of the planet Earth are welcome to read, comment and connect with me on My 100 Pound Year
