So, I have been going to my gym that opened, yay! only twice lol but still..
I went to aquafit last wednesday evening and it was awesome! I had sooo much fun! Was hard, but yet fun at the same time. I would like to go every wednesday
They have a class Tuesday as well, so sometimes I may go then too or instead of…
I lost 2.2 pounds last week, so that is 10 pounds since January 1st. My goal for 2011 is 52 pounds, so 42 to go, that’s about point 9 of a pound a week, i can totally do that! Although I would like to reach 100 pounds total lost by April 16th and THAT would be a 2.5 pound loss a week from now til then, so we shall see..
Anyways, don’t have much more to write about, just wanted to give everyone an update.

Way to go on your success! Glad to hear an update.
I really wish I liked aqua fit but it just wasn’t for me. Kev and I are joining a new gym soon where they have not only a lap pool but a resistance pool so that will be interesting as I have never heard of or tried one before.
