I started at 306 two years ago and now I am 143. One of my goals was to get into a size 10 pants now I wear a size 8. Remember eat less and move more is all it takes to be a success. 		<description>I don&#039;t blame you for taking care of yourslef when you are sick, I wouldn&#039;t worry about my weight during that time either, and you need to be able to live your life in a way that is both supportive to your health and allows you to be apart of social activities and live your life.  So the fact that you lose 1/2lb over easter weekend is GREAT!!!  Also, 1lb a wekk a a healthy weight loss so don&#039;t worry about the amount of lose but just that you are losing and you will do awesome!!!  I think that you getting on and updating even when it isn&#039;t the &quot;best&quot; news shows that you are determined to lose the weight and that is what is important!!  You will get to your goals!</description>
